The caller provides their own &lt;code&gt;AZ::SimpleLcgRandom&lt;/code&gt; instance for deterministic control over the random sequence.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Used by:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;code&gt;RandomNodeData&lt;/code&gt; (dialogue random node), &lt;code&gt;KlattVoiceComponent&lt;/code&gt; (phoneme selection), any system needing weighted random draws.&lt;/p&gt;
