Why We Built GS_Play
Every game project starts with the same problem: before you can build your game, you have to build the systems every game needs. Managers. Save systems. Cameras. UI. Character control. It’s months of foundational work before you write a single line of gameplay code.
We got tired of rebuilding these systems from scratch. So we built them once, built them right, and built them to last.
GS_Play is the framework we use for all our projects at Genome Studios. We can only be proud to offer it as a commercial asset because we’d want to use it ourselves—and we do. Every feature has been battle-tested in real production. Every system has been refined through actual game development.
